Terms and Agreement for American Heritage
Effective Date: March 5, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website, services, events, and resources provided by American Heritage (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Membership and Participation
a. Membership with American Heritage is open to individuals who align with the principles and values of the Republican Party. b. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all events, meetings, and online interactions. c. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership for any behavior deemed inappropriate, unethical, or in violation of our principles.
3. Code of Conduct
a. Users shall not engage in harassment, hate speech, or any form of discrimination. b. No unauthorized use of American Heritage branding, logos, or materials is allowed. c. Members and participants must adhere to all federal, state, and local laws.
d. Any disruptive or harmful actions may result in removal from events or online platforms.
4. Privacy Policy
a. We respect your privacy and will not share personal information without consent. b. Any data collected will be used solely for organizational purposes, such as event updates, membership communication, and advocacy efforts. c. Members agree to receive communication from American Heritage unless they opt out.
5. Event Participation and Liability
a. Attendees participate in events at their own risk. b. American Heritage is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other issues arising from event attendance. c. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals who violate our policies.
6. Donations and Contributions
a. All donations made to American Heritage are voluntary and non-refundable. b. Contributions must comply with state and federal election laws. c. We do not accept anonymous donations exceeding the legal limits.
7. Website and Social Media Use
a. Content shared by American Heritage on its website and social media is for informational purposes only. b. Users shall not misuse, alter, or misrepresent any content published by American Heritage. c. Unauthorized use of American Heritage’s intellectual property is prohibited.
8. Amendments and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction within the state.
